Billet VHM 112cc Stroker Crank with Billet Lightweight Rod - TC 85/105/112
Husqvarna 112cc Billet Stroker Crankshaft - 52.7mm stroke
A completely new manufactured, precision toleranced billet crankshaft to turn your Husky 105cc engine into a 112cc engine.
These cranks are made to the tightest spec to insure a high quality crank. This is shown as the run out is within 0.01mm causing less vibration and smoother engine operation.
As fast as the 112cc engines are when put inside a bike designed for 85cc, the engine can be very hard to handle with a very narrow feeling power band. We have optimized the inertia factor to provide great performance, power character, and vibration characteristics.
This is a new billet product not an OEM crankshaft that is modified. Many modified cranks can not be trued perfectly, and due to the modification process will loose their true after a few hours of run time, resulting in vibration and loss of reliability.
VHM crankshafts are made of high quality, high strength steel which has undergone custom heat treatment which makes the crankshaft stiffer and resistant to bending and wear.
The cranks webs are CNC machined and ground to precise dimensions which results in a much longer performance and the crankshaft can also be overhauled many times.
This crankshaft adds our high performance lightweight, high strength billet connecting rod kit. Manufactured in Italy from an aerospace grade shop, the steel is nearly 2 times stronger than std rods.
This crankshaft can be used with a standard 85 cylinder to give 91.5cc or combined with the 105cc Kit to make a true super mini of 112cc.
