Suspension Shipping

  • Clean Your Parts: Please pressure wash forks and shocks before shipping.*Excessively dirty components will incur a cleaning fee.*
  • Gun Case or Rigid Box: The best way to ship suspension is in a hard plastic gun case. If using a cardboard box, ensure it is heavy-duty rigid cardboard.
  • Individual Wrapping: Bubble wrap each fork leg and shock individually to prevent them from banging against each other.
  • Remove Bleeders: Remove fork bleeders and install standard screws to prevent breakage.

Engine Shipping

CRITICAL: DRAIN ALL FLUIDS (OIL & WATER) BEFORE SHIPPING. LEAKING PACKAGES MAY BE REFUSED BY CARRIERS.

  • Remove Accessories: Remove shift lever, kickstarter, and sprocket guard.
  • Impact Protection: Wrap the engine in multiple layers of thick bubble wrap. Pay special attention to the ignition cover and water pump.
  • Sturdy Container: Use a plastic cooler (best option) or a heavy-duty storage crate. Tape the container shut securely.
  • Insure It: Engines are expensive. We highly recommend purchasing full shipping insurance.

ECUs & Electronics

  • Anti-Static: If possible, place ECU in an anti-static bag.
  • Cushioning: Small items can get lost. Wrap in bright bubble wrap and use a box, not a flat envelope which can be crushed.
  • Labeling: Include a note inside with your specific mapping requests and bike modifications.
