A little about our dyno

When we started looking for a dyno, it was quickly realized that most commercial options within our budget didn't achieve the results and test methods necessary for accurate power measurement.  The decision was made, and we custom designed and constructed our dyno to achieve proper test results.  Our dyno drum has a large enough inertia to test a wide range of power levels, from small 50 engines up to high horsepower drag bikes.  Our high inertia set up isn't fooled by lighter wheels or "tricks" used within the industry to falsify charts.  We also made sure to utilize a redundant weather station set up to always get accurate air conditions.  Our dyno is very repeatable - allowing excellent base lining and testing.

We now have a new water brake dyno to add to our existing inertia dyno.  The plan for this long term is an engine dyno - but for the short time it will allow our development projects to be tested separately from our customer/consumer projects.  This is a nice addition that will really help speed up some processes!
