### 2-Stroke Race Packages (KTM Group & Yamaha)
We offer three distinct tiers of engine development for 50cc, 65cc, 85cc, 125cc, and 250/300cc platforms.

#### Tier 1: Minimum Spec (Entry Level)
- **Goal**: Reliability, crisp throttle response, and correction of factory flaws.
- **Includes**:
  - Cylinder Decking (Setting correct deck height).
  - Head Re-profiling (Correcting squish band clearance).
  - Power Valve Blueprinting (Ensuring full open/close operation).
  - Jetting Baseline (Specific to your elevation).

#### Tier 2: Privateer Spec (The Racer's Choice)
- **Goal**: Maximum competitive power for amateur nationals (Loretta's, Mini Os).
- **Includes**: Everything in Tier 1, PLUS:
  - Full Cylinder Porting (Intake, Transfer, Exhaust timing changes).
  - Exhaust Port Polishing.
  - Transmission Tumbling (Micro-polishing gears for smooth shifting).
  - Carburetor Taper Boring (Oval boring for top-end over-rev).

#### Tier 3: Pro-Level Spec (No Compromise)
- **Goal**: Factory-level performance for professional racing.
- **Includes**: Everything in Tier 2, PLUS:
  - Case Matching (Texture matching cases to cylinder transfer tunnels).
  - Ceramic Coatings (Piston crown, combustion chamber, exhaust port).
  - Crankshaft Balancing (Dynamic balancing to reduce vibration).
  - Dyno Break-in & Verification (Proof of power).

### 4-Stroke Development
- **Head Porting**: Flow bench optimized port shapes.

- **Stock ECU**: Ducati X-Link system — limited to preset rider modes. No access to fuel injection tables or ignition timing curves.
